Eligibility

- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Beauty/skincare (opened), intimate, perishable or personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
